On a warm summer evening in July, members of Amwell Lodge No. 6459 gathered at The Hertford Club for a special social event, welcoming brethren, their partners, and friends for an enjoyable and informative evening.
The event was well attended by members across all stages of their Masonic journey—from experienced brethren to new initiates, upcoming initiates, and even a prospective candidate due to be interviewed. It provided a fantastic opportunity to meet informally, strengthen friendships, and introduce potential new members to the spirit of Amwell Lodge.
The highlight of the evening was an engaging talk from Mike Neville, a renowned Masonic speaker and historian. His presentation offered a fascinating insight into the hidden history of Freemasonry, blending historical fact with intriguing anecdotes. As always, Mike’s talk was both educational and entertaining, sparking conversation and questions long after it concluded.
The evening embodied what Amwell Lodge is all about—fellowship, learning, and shared experience—all in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
